We purchased a pair of drapes (for a balcony door) and a Roman blind (for the adjacent window), custom made by 'Inside', a Belgium company that Janovic represents. Carina, in Janovic UES, helped us select the materials and designs from the Inside range, after an initial measurement appointment, bringing samples to our apartment to look at in situ. The service that Carina provided was excellent in every way. She was knowledgeable about the product range, explaining the trade-offs (outstanding quality of Inside's work and materials versus a limited range of fabrics and colors), and patient in helping us make our final choices across several visits. We were delighted with the drapes and blinds, which have transformed the feel of our living room, and with the excellent service from Carina.
I had such an excellent experience here today buying paint. I knew nothing about paint and left learning so much! Navi was super helpful and very patient with me. She helped me pick out some amazing options and sent me home with lots of samples. I also learned the difference between matte and Eggshell finishes. Truly a wonderful customer service experience!!
